MAURICE LE MAIRE

A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Conseiller en ressources humaines agréé (CRHA), Maurice has over 15 years of HR leadership experience globally, in diverse industries (consulting, technology, manufacturing, retail, sales and services and public sector) for Fortune ranked companies, and Canadian top 100 employers. His focus are Employee & Labour Relations, Talent Management and HR Transformation. 

 

Perfectly tri-lingual (French, English and Spanish), he positions himself as a resource to people, enabling their contributions by creating strong relationships, developing and coaching talent as well as finding efficiencies an strategies that add long term value. He holds a B.Comm from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, and a certificate in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.

Maurice also serves in different boards in the arts and classical music field, as well as the board of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), Ottawa Chapter.
